Processing Guidelines for Xylan 1421 Coating

Surface Preparation Degrease (acetone or isopropanol) → grit-blast (Sa2.5, Ra 1.5–4.0 μm) → optional phosphate pretreatment
Coating Preparation Low-speed mechanical stirring; dilute with deionized water only
