GPL General Purpose Series
The Krytox GPL (General Purpose Lubricant) series is a family of PFPE (perfluoropolyether) lubricants available in both oil and grease forms:
Oils (GPL 100 Series) – ISO Grade 5 to 460, covering extreme temperatures from -70°C to 288°C. Low-viscosity grades are ideal for precision bearings and low-temperature startup; high-viscosity grades provide excellent high-temperature stability and load-carrying capacity. Select grades are NSF H1 certified for incidental food contact.
Greases (GPL 200 Series) – PTFE-thickened, made from corresponding GPL 100 series base oils. Provide wide temperature range lubrication from -70°C to 260°C with good mechanical stability and chemical resistance.
All GPL products are chemically inert, non-flammable, resistant to strong acids, alkalis, and solvents. Suitable for automotive, industrial, chemical processing, oxygen service, semiconductor, and food processing applications.
