Krytox XHT (Extreme High-Temperature) Greases & Oils
Krytox XHT (extreme high-temperature) greases and oils are specialty perfluoropolyether (PFPE) lubricants engineered for the most demanding thermal environments. While most petroleum-based products begin to degrade below 99°C (210°F) and become highly viscous below -18°C (0°F), Krytox XHT lubricants operate across a significantly broader range: from -70°C to 360°C (-94°F to 680°F). They can also perform in temperature spikes up to 400°C (752°F) when used with proper metallurgy and periodic relubrication.
Krytox XHT lubricants are available in several grades, including XHT-AC, XHT-ACX, XHT-BD, XHT-BDX, XHT-BDZ, XHT-S, and XHT-SX, each formulated to meet specific application requirements.
