NORYL NH6020 Resin is a non-reinforced, heat stabilized & impact modified blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) and high impact polystyrene (HIPS), manufactured by SABIC. This injection moldable grade is specifically designed for high heat resistance and thin-wall FR performance. It contains non-brominated, non-chlorinated & non-halogenated flame retardant and carries a UL94 flame rating of 5VA at 2.5mm and V-0 at 0.75mm, along with a UL746C Outdoor Suitability rating of F1 and RTI of 110°C.

NORYL NH6020 Resin passes VDE/DIN 475 part 815 testingBall Pressure Test (BPT) at 125°CGWFI 960°C at 1, 2, 3mmGWIT 825°C at 1mm, and features CTI >600V. This makes it an excellent candidate for unattended appliance components where EN/IEC 60335 applies. The material also exhibits good dimensional stability, low moisture absorption, and low warpage.
