MacDermid Alpha Micromax 2031 is the highest resistance composition in the 2000 Series, offering 0.9-1.1 kΩ/sq sheet resistivity with the highest voltage rating of 32 V/mm. The only composition blendable with both A Group and B Group members — offering maximum formulation flexibility.
Part of the Micromax 2000 Series, Micromax 2031 is a kΩ-range resistor paste engineered for ultra-high-resistance hybrid circuits requiring the highest voltage handling capability. This composition delivers the highest standard working voltage of 32 V/mm and short term overload voltage of 80 V/mm in the series, making it ideal for high-voltage and high-impedance applications. The paste achieves hot TCR of 0 to 50 ppm/°C and cold TCR of ±-75 ppm/°C, ensuring stable performance across temperature variations.
With a sheet resistivity of 0.9-1.1 kΩ/sq, Micromax 2031 supports ultra-high-resistance applications in hybrid circuits. The paste is optimized for 325-mesh screens with 10-15 μm emulsion thickness and print speeds of 10-20 cm/s. Drying is performed at 150-170°C. The material is fully compatible with Micromax 7484 Ag/Pd conductor compositions as well as Ag/Pt terminations. Available in 100G and 1000G containers.
