MacDermid Alpha Micromax 0F20E is a lead free thick film resistor paste specifically developed for chip resistor applications requiring environmentally friendly materials and consistent electrical performance. This grade delivers excellent ESD stability for sensitive circuit designs, good power handling stability for reliable operation, and high speed laser trimmability for precise resistance adjustment. The material features narrow TCR gap for stable resistance across temperature variations and excellent performance with thinner printed thickness for smaller chip sizes. The formulation is lead free, cadmium free, nickel free, and phthalate free.
This lead free thick film resistor paste is optimized for 11-13 μm dried film thickness using 200-325 mesh screens with 5-25 μm emulsion. It offers cross-blendability with Micromax OFXXA series and is also blendable with 00LXX series for flexible resistance tuning. It supports co-firing with high silver terminations at 850°C peak temperature with a 30-minute total firing cycle. The lead free, cadmium free, nickel free and phthalate free formulation meets international environmental standards including RoHS and REACH. Standard packaging options are 100G and 1000G.
