Zytel 101 NC010 PA66 is a general-purpose unreinforced polyamide 66 resin developed for injection molding and extrusion applications. It provides an excellent balance of mechanical strength, toughness, heat resistance and wear resistance, making it suitable for a wide range of engineering applications.

Originally developed under the Zytel® brand, this product is now part of the Celanese engineered materials portfolio following Celanese’s acquisition of DuPont’s Mobility & Materials business. It is recognized as a cost-effective PA66 grade with high mechanical strength, good melt stability and excellent processing performance.

Zytel 101 NC010 exhibits excellent abrasion resistance, chemical resistance and electrical insulation properties.
