Critical Processing Warnings:

  • Drying: ULTEM 1110F is hygroscopic and must be dried to <0.02% moisture before processing. Dry at 150°C for 4-6 hours.

  • Melt Temperature: Recommended melt temperature range is 360-400°C. Avoid excessive residence times to prevent thermal degradation.
