描述

NORYL TP1000 Resin is a high heat, transparent, hydrolytically stable, non-reinforced, high-purity blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) and general purpose polystyrene (GPPS), manufactured by SABIC. This injection moldable material is FDA food contact compliant and black spec controlled, making it an excellent candidate for food contact, small appliance housings, and industrial additive applications.

The material offers an excellent balance of high heat resistance, transparency, hydrolytic stability, and dimensional stability. Its high purity formulation ensures consistent functionality while supporting strict hygiene and regulatory requirements. Despite being unreinforced, NORYL TP1000 delivers good dimensional stability and thermal resistance, allowing components to retain shape and functional integrity under elevated temperatures. This product does not contain PFAS intentionally added during the manufacturing process. Physical property data is determined using test methods established by ASTM International, the globally recognized standards organization.
