描述
NORYL PX1860 Resin is an unfilled, heat stabilized blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) and polystyrene (PS), manufactured by SABIC. This injection moldable grade is designed for good dimensional stability and high flow.
NORYL PX1860 offers improved hydrolytic stability, very low moisture absorption, and heat/hot water resistance and was developed for water management applications. The resin uses non-chlorinated, non-brominated flame retardant additives to achieve a UL94 V-1 rating at 1.5mm. This grade is an excellent material candidate for flat panel TV enclosure applications requiring good rheological properties, heat resistance, hydrolysis resistance, low density and thin wall flame resistance. This product does not contain PFAS intentionally added during the manufacturing process.
