描述

NORYL LPN130HG Resin is a non-reinforced blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) and polystyrene (PS), manufactured by SABIC. This extrusion and injection moldable grade is specifically designed for high gloss, low density, low outgassing, and good dimensional stability. It has a density of 1.07 g/cm³ and exhibits good processibility.

NORYL LPN130HG is capable of physical vapor deposition (PVD) with good light distribution and a high reflection rate. It is targeted for automotive heads-up-display (HUD) reflectors, headlamp reflectors, bezels, light shielding, and other high surface quality demanded components. The material has been developed in collaboration with Crystal Optics to address challenges in HUD main reflector applications. This product does not contain PFAS intentionally added during the manufacturing process. Physical property data is determined using test methods established by ASTM International and ISO.
