⚡ 100kΩ/sq High-Ohm Resistor Paste with Exceptional TCR ±100 ppm/°C
MacDermid Alpha Micromax 4351 is a high-ohm resistor paste from the 4300 Series, designed for cermet trimmers and potentiometers with 100kΩ/sq sheet resistivity and exceptional TCR of ±100 ppm/°C. Featuring fast 30-minute 850°C firing and CRV less than 1% per TDS specifications.

Micromax 4351 is a high-ohm resistor paste from the 4300 Series, specifically designed for high-performance cermet trimmers and potentiometers. This composition offers a sheet resistivity of 100kΩ/sq with exceptional TCR performance of ±100 ppm/°C — significantly better than other 4300 Series members (±200 ppm/°C). The paste delivers excellent contact resistance variation (CRV) of less than 1%, superior rotational life, and outstanding solder dip stability. It is suitable for various wiper materials including stainless steel, providing design flexibility for trimmer and potentiometer applications.

The paste is optimized for 325-mesh screens with 10-16 μm emulsion thickness, producing a dried film thickness of 23-27 μm. Drying is performed at 150°C for 10-15 minutes. The fast 30-minute firing cycle with a 10-minute peak at 850°C improves production throughput. The composition is compatible with high silver containing conductors including Micromax 7780 terminations. Available in 100G and 1000G containers.
