⚡ Highest Voltage Rating in 2000 Series — 66 V/mm
MacDermid Alpha Micromax 2041 delivers the highest voltage rating in the entire 2000 Series with 66 V/mm standard working voltage and 165 V/mm short term overload voltage. Offering 9-11 kΩ/sq sheet resistivity with dual A+B group blendability for ultra-high-voltage hybrid circuit applications.

Part of the Micromax 2000 Series, Micromax 2041 is an ultra-high-voltage resistor paste engineered for the most demanding high-voltage hybrid circuits. This composition delivers the highest voltage rating in the entire series with a standard working voltage of 66 V/mm and short term overload voltage of 165 V/mm — surpassing all other 2000 Series members. The paste achieves hot TCR of 0 to 50 ppm/°C and cold TCR of ±-75 ppm/°C, ensuring stable performance across temperature variations.

With a sheet resistivity of 9-11 kΩ/sq, Micromax 2041 supports ultra-high-resistance applications in hybrid circuits. The paste is optimized for 325-mesh screens with 10-15 μm emulsion thickness and print speeds of 10-20 cm/s. Drying is performed at 150-170°C. The material is fully compatible with Micromax 7484 Ag/Pd conductor compositions as well as Ag/Pt terminations. Available in 100G and 1000G containers.
