ENGAGE 8157 POE Resin is a Dow polyolefin elastomer, also known as an ethylene-octene copolymer, designed for general purpose thermoplastic elastomers, thermoplastic olefins, wire and cable, impact modification, PP and PE modification, high filler loading compounds, and crosslinkable elastomer applications.

ENGAGE 8157 has excellent flow characteristics and provides superb impact properties in blends with polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE). It is widely used in TPO applications where excellent low temperature impact properties are required.

This grade provides high filler loading capability and outstanding peroxide cure capability. When cross-linked by peroxide, silane, or irradiation, ENGAGE 8157 provides exceptional heat aging, compression set, and weather resistance properties.
