MacDermid Alpha Micromax 2110 is a standard-ohm resistor paste from the 2100 Series, offering 8-12 Ω/sq with ultra-low noise ≤-35 dB and exceptional ±50 ppm/°C TCR. Featuring fast 30-minute 850°C firing and thin print capability (16-20 μm) — engineered for precision hybrid circuits requiring superior temperature stability and low noise.
Part of the Micromax 2100 Series, Micromax 2110 is a standard-ohm resistor paste engineered for hybrid circuits requiring excellent TCR performance and ultra-low noise. This composition delivers exceptional temperature stability with hot TCR of -50 to 50 ppm/°C and cold TCR of -50 to 50 ppm/°C, significantly better than conventional resistor pastes. The paste offers ultra-low noise of ≤-35 dB, making it ideal for precision analog and sensitive signal conditioning applications. The 2100 Series offers no blend breaks from 1Ω to 10MΩ/sq, providing design flexibility.
With a sheet resistivity of 8-12 Ω/sq, Micromax 2110 supports standard-ohm applications in hybrid circuits. The paste is optimized for 325-mesh screens with 5-10 μm emulsion thickness, producing a thin dried film thickness of 16-20 μm. Drying is performed at 150°C for 10 minutes. The fast 30-minute firing cycle with a 10-minute peak at 850°C improves production throughput. The material is compatible with Micromax 5164N Pt/Ag high-silver terminations as well as Pd/Ag terminations. Available in 100G and 1000G containers.
