⚡ 2100 Series — Ultra-Low Ohms & Ultra-Low Noise ≤-35 dB
MacDermid Alpha Micromax 2101 is the lowest resistance composition in the 2100 Series, offering 0.85-1.15 Ω/sq with ultra-low noise ≤-35 dB. Featuring fast 30-minute 850°C firing, thin print capability (16-20 μm), and no blend breaks from 1Ω to 10MΩ/sq — engineered for low-ohm hybrid circuits requiring exceptional signal integrity.

Part of the Micromax 2100 Series, Micromax 2101 is an ultra-low-ohm resistor paste engineered for hybrid circuits requiring the lowest resistance values and ultra-low noise performance. This composition delivers a sheet resistivity of 0.85-1.15 Ω/sq with exceptional noise characteristics of ≤-35 dB — making it ideal for precision analog, low-level signal, and sensitive sensor applications. The paste achieves hot TCR of -100 to 100 ppm/°C with cold TCR of -100 to 100 ppm/°C, ensuring stable performance across temperature variations. The 2100 Series offers no blend breaks from 1Ω to 10MΩ/sq, providing design flexibility.

With a sheet resistivity of 0.85-1.15 Ω/sq, Micromax 2101 supports ultra-low-resistance applications in hybrid circuits. The paste is optimized for 325-mesh screens with 5-10 μm emulsion thickness, producing a thin dried film thickness of 16-20 μm. Drying is performed at 150°C for 10 minutes. The fast 30-minute firing cycle with a 10-minute peak at 850°C improves production throughput. The material is compatible with Micromax 5164N Pt/Ag high-silver terminations as well as Pd/Ag terminations. Available in 100G and 1000G containers.
