描述
NORYL NCF1010 Resin is a compound based on polyphenylene ether (PPE) and polystyrene (PS), manufactured by SABIC. This injection moldable grade contains 10% glass fiber, 10% carbon fiber, and 10% PTFE.
The synergistic combination of these three fillers delivers a unique balance of properties: the carbon fiber provides electrical conductivity (ESD-safe) and stiffness, the glass fiber enhances strength and dimensional stability, and the PTFE offers low friction and excellent wear resistance. NORYL NCF1010 exhibits high stiffness, good dimensional stability, hydrolytic stability, and very low moisture absorption. This material is an excellent candidate for applications requiring structural integrity combined with wear resistance, such as bearings, gears, sliding components, printer rollers, and ESD-safe electronic components. This product does not contain PFAS intentionally added during the manufacturing process.
