PLEXIGLAS 7H is a high melt strength PMMA molding compound specially designed for demanding extrusion applications. With an extremely low MVR of 1.4 cm³/10min at 230°C/3.8kg, it delivers exceptional melt strength for stable processing of large profiles, sheets, tubes, and multi-skin sheets. It combines the familiar properties of PLEXIGLAS molding compounds — 92% light transmission, outstanding weather resistance, high mechanical strength, surface hardness, and mar resistance — with high heat deflection temperature (Vicat 103°C, HDT 100°C at 0.45 MPa) and AMECA listing.
