Processing Recommendations
Zytel 70K20HSL NC010 PA66 should be dried at 80°C for 2–4 hours before injection molding, with processing moisture maintained at or below 0.20%.
The recommended melt temperature range is 285–305°C, with an optimum near 290°C. The recommended mold temperature range is 70–120°C, with an optimum near 110°C. Holding pressure can be adjusted within 50–100 MPa according to part geometry and dimensional requirements.
