EAA

EAA, also known as **Ethylene Acrylic Acid Copolymer**, is an adhesive resin containing polar carboxyl groups. It combines the flexibility and heat-sealing properties of polyethylene with the adhesion performance provided by acrylic acid. EAA offers good adhesion to polar substrates such as aluminum foil, metals, paper, EVOH, PA and PET. It is commonly used in extrusion coating, aluminum foil lamination, paper-plastic lamination, hot melt adhesives, water-based dispersions, food packaging films and multilayer co-extrusion tie layers.
