Santoprene 201-64 is a soft, natural-color, colorable thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) from Celanese developed for a wide range of general-purpose elastomer applications.

The grade combines useful mechanical strength and chemical resistance with rubber-like flexibility and thermoplastic processing efficiency. Celanese specifically identifies Santoprene 201-64 as a material that can be processed on conventional thermoplastics equipment by injection molding, extrusion or blow molding.

It is polyolefin based and recyclable within the manufacturing stream.
