It is suitable for use as an electrode or reference counter electrode for electrochemical sensors, where stable electrochemical performance and long-term printability matter. The Ag:AgCl ratio of 75/25 delivers a silver-rich composition that supports high conductivity and low electrode polarization. The paste has a density of 2.96 g/cm³, solids 80.5–82.5%, and a viscosity range of 52–62 Pa.s. Box oven drying is 110–130°C for 8–10 minutes with adequate airflow; reel-to-reel drying is 130–140°C for 3–4 minutes with adequate airflow. Adhesion is 5B class by ASTM D3359-78, and resistivity is 20–50 mΩ/sq at 25.4 μm. Typical EKG properties show DC offset below 5 mV and AC impedance below 60 Ω.
