Santoprene 203-40 is a hard, colorable and versatile thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) from Celanese designed for general-purpose extrusion and molding applications requiring a high level of stiffness while retaining elastomeric deformation capability.

The material is part of the Santoprene TPV family and combines the elastic characteristics of vulcanized rubber with conventional thermoplastic processing.

Shear-Dependent Flow
