Santoprene 101-64 is a soft, black, versatile thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) from Celanese developed for general-purpose injection molding, extrusion and blow molding applications.

It belongs to Celanese’s core Santoprene 101 series, which is positioned as a general-purpose TPV family offering a high level of elastomeric performance.

The grade combines rubber-like flexibility, elastic recovery and environmental durability with the manufacturing advantages of a thermoplastic.
